These third-party providers are committed to protecting your data and only process it as instructed by us. All data submitted will be transferred to and processed in Los Angeles, California, USA. By applying to or becoming a member of the Mind/Matter Alliance, you grant Mind/Matter the right to use your submitted portfolio, professional experience, and any other relevant materials for promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, showcasing your work on our website, in marketing materials, and across our social media platforms. You acknowledge that this usage is solely for the purpose of promoting the Mind/Matter brand, our services, and the work of our Alliance members. You retain all rights to your original work, and Mind/Matter will not claim ownership of any materials you submit.

Changes to the Disclaimer

Mind/Matter reserves the right to update or modify this disclaimer at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review this disclaimer periodically. Continued participation in the Mind/Matter Alliance following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
